No-Bake Raisin Bars
Serving Size / Yield
- 3 C. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine
- 5 C. multi-grain puffed rice cereal
- 1 C. raisins
- 1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1. Heat marshmellows and butter under low heat until melted in a large saucepan or microwave safe bowl.
2. Stir in cereal, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon,
3. Transfer mixture to a 13x9x2 in. baking pan.
4. Let cool then cut into bars.
