No-Bake Raisin Cookies

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.
Whisk together butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until blended for 3 minutes.
Mixture should be light and fluffy.
Add in the flour and continue stirring.
Add in raisins and continue stirring.
Use the spoon to scoop out the dough and place desired size on the cookie sheet.
Form dough into cookie shapes.
Refrigerate or freeze the cookies for 2 hours or overnight.
