Beautiful, delicious, and most importantly EASY cathedral cookies. Just combine, roll, and stick in the fridge!

  • I love easy recipes and no bake in the Summer is always a good thing.

I'm not fond of Chocolate so I'll substitute White Chocolate Chips for the Semi-Sweet Chips. To add some color I'll tint the Coconut to coordinate with a Holiday or my Mood.

Going to go make this one right now.

  • i've made a variation of these many times using dark chocolate chips and no nuts or coconut. Always get RAVES and requests for the recipe. They are YUMMY. I've also made 2 logs and frozen one for use later.
