No Bake Strawberry Cream Cake

- 4 Rolls of Pre-made Pie Crust
- 2 1/2 Cups Strawberries, Chopped
- 2 1/2 Cups Corn Starch
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Containers Whipped Cream
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a sauce pan, combine strawberries, cornstarch, and sugar.
Mash strawberries and stir at a boil for about 2 minutes.
Pour filling into a bowl and let cool.
Take the 4 pre-made pie crusts, roll them out, place on baking sheets, and put in the oven until golden brown.
In a large cake sheet, place one of the crusts inside.
Layer with cream and strawberry filling and place another crust on top.
Repeat until you've done each layer.
Top the cake with a layer of whipped cream.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
