  • 1 prepared frozen pound cake
  • 4 C. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 (8-oz). pkg. low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 C. granulated sugar

Mix strawberries with sugar. Let sugars dissolve (about 30 minutes). Cut pound cake into bite sized chunks and set aside. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar on high speed until light and fluffy. In a casserole dish, layer pound cake, cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Garnish with more strawberries.
