  • 4 C. unsweetened dessicated coconut
  • 2 C. canned coconut cream, unsweetened
  • 4 T. stevia powder
  • 7 T. melted organic coconut oil, unrefined

Place the desiccated coconut and stevia powder in a bowl. Combine with the coconut cream and melted coconut oil. Stir until it forms a moist coconut batter from which you are able to shape balls with your hands. If too soft, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the coconut oil harden and the mixture gets firmer and easier to shape with hands. Use your hands to shape golf size coconut balls and place them onto a plate covered with baking paper. Refrigerate the coconut balls for 30 minutes until 1 hour to firms up. Serve.
