Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. dried bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 1/3 C. ketchup

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk, and bread. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a greased 5 x 9 loaf pan.

In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.
