  • 1 small green cabbage
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 1-2 shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 Tbs. sea salt
  • 1/2 Tbs. pepper
  • lemon zest
  • 1/3 C. olive oil

Slice green and red cabbage thin after removing outer part of the cabbage and trim core and stems. Shred the carrots. Add them and the cabbage ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in the lemon and lime juice along with honey and olive oil. Mix together before adding sea salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Mix again and chill in the fridge.
