Ingredients
- 6 lg. red or golden delicious apples
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbs. flour
- one 6-oz. can frozen apple juice
- 1 Tbs. butter
- pastry for one or two crust pie

Directions
Peel and slice apples, then sprinkle with flour and spices. Blend in thawed, undiluted juice. Put into bottom crust and dot with butter. For a deep dish pie, put apple mixture in a loaf pan and dot with butter. Put on top crust and cut air vents. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
