This soup takes no time to make, and it is so delicious and satisfying. Sometimes I add a little dash of cayenne pepper to give it a little extra kick.

Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 C. spinach, washed, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. vermicelli, broken
  • 5 C. water
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a soup kettle. Cover. Let boil slowly for about 20 minutes.
