Noodles and Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. pkg. egg noodles (no-yolk)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
Directions
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Beat eggs with milk. Melt butter in skillet. Add the cooked noodles. Stir until all the noodls are covered with butter. Add the egg mixture to the noodles, and add salt and pepper. Stir until the eggs are done. Do not brown. Add bacon or ham if desired while the mixture is coooking.
