  • 1lbs. flank steak, cut into strips
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 C. hot water
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lbs. green beans, chopped
  • 2 C. tomato sauce
  • 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3cloves garlic, minced

Begin by preparing pasta by placing it in a pot with boiling water. While pasta is cooking, dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water. In an oiled skillet, place beef and cook for about 3 minutes per side, then add green beans and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and dissolved bouillon to the meat and green beans. Then put meat and green beans in the pot with pasta. Transfer to a plate when ready.
