This is a quick, easy to make kid and adult pleaser.

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 12 oz. curly wide noodles
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen small peas

Boil water to cook noodles and peas. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry slowly. Drain cooked noodles and peas. Add bacon and drippings and stir to combine.  Add cottage cheese and poppy seeds. Stir and serve.
