Nora's Delicious Apple Crisp

This apple crisp satisfies my sweet tooth every time! It can also be made with peaches instead of apples.

  • 4-5 apples, peeled & sliced (enough to cover bottom of pan) or 1 lrg. can of peaches
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Place apples or peaches evenly in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or desired baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg together in bowl. Pour mixture over top of fruit in pan. Next, pour melted butter all over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until fruit is done.
