Norma's Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 med. Yukon or gold potatoes, unpeeled
- 6-8 pickled eggs
- 4 lg. dill pickles
- 1 med. yellow onion or your choice
- 3 Tbs. pickling juice from pickled eggs
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. plain yogurt
- 3 Tbs. yellow mustard or your favorite
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Wash and cut up potatoes in small pieces & cook until well-done. Mash these like your would for mashed potatoes. While potatoes cook, chop onion, dill pickles and eggs coarsely. Add to mashed potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Can be served warm or cold.
