  • 2 C. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/2 C. almonds, sliced
  • Dash of salt

Melt chocolate chips with mlk and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract. Mix almonds in. Spread mixture evenly onto 12-by-2 inch square pan covered with wax paper. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm. Peel chocolate off wax paper and cut into squares.
