Nutella 5-Minute Fudge

- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, salted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
Start by lining an 8-inch baking pan with foil or parchment. Then melt the Nutella and butter together in a large bowl in the microwave. Be sure to continuously stir the mixture while it's in the microwave. Once melted stir in the vanilla and salt. Add the sifted confectioners sugar and stir again. Be sure to sift the powdered sugar or the fudge will not set properly. The mixture should be very thick when everything is mixed together. Spread the fudge out evenly in the in the baking pan and refrigerate for about 4-5 hours. When the fudge is firm cut into small pieces and enjoy.
