Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 C. raisins
  • 1 ½ C. water
  • 2 ½ C. whole wheat flour
  • 3 C. rolled oats
  • 2/3 C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. milk
  • ½ C. oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2 muffin tins of 12 muffin cups. Mix all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Combine both mixtures and add in the raisins. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins, about 2/3 of the way. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
