  • 1 C. hazelnuts or peanuts
  • 5 T. bourbon
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 C. semisweet chocolate

Soak nuts in bourbon overnight for best flavor. Combine the butter and sugar until creamy and fold in nuts. Form into balls and freeze until firm. Melt chocolate and coat the balls evenly and roll in extra nuts for garnish. Refrigerate until set up.
