Nutty Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Serving Size / Yield
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 Tbs. shortening
- 48 pretzels
- 4 Tbs. crushed peanuts
Melt the chocolate and shortening in the microwave and stir until smooth. While the mixture is still hot, dip your pretzels in the chocolate until completely coated. Place the pretzels on wax paper and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before they dry. Serve when the chocolate is hardened.
