Nutty Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. spinach, tough stems removed
- 1/4 C. water
- salt
- 2 Tbs. butter
- pepper
- 2 Tbs. raisins
- 2 Tbs. pine nuts, toasted
Directions
Wash spinach, then put in with water and a pinch of salt in a large pot. Cover the pot and turn on the heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain the spinach and press out excess water. Clean out the pot. Then put the butter in it, and melt it. Add spinach and raisins. Stir a bit, then cook for 5 minutes until the raisins get fat. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
