These delicious cookie bars have a little bit of everything in them! Top the white chocolate layer with extra toasted almonds for an added touch.

  • 2 ½ C. old fashioned oats
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. whole wheat flour
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Dash salt
  • 1 C. toasted almonds
  • 1 C. canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 C. white chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, use a mixer to combine oats, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, brown sugar, salt, oil, eggs, and vanilla until an oily dough forms. Add in dark chocolate pieces and almonds. Spread dough out into a greased baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Pour melted white chocolate over bars, let cool and harden, and slice.
