Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/3 C. cold water
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 2 1/2 C. cooked oatmeal
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, water, and butter. Blend in cooked oatmeal. Cook on hot griddle lightly coated with vegetable oil. Flip pancakes when bubbles appear on surface and bottom side is golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
