Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. old-fashioned oatmeal
- 3/4 C. skim milk
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. Splenda
- 1/4 C. canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C. peeled, chopped apples
- 1/4 C. pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Combine the milk and the oats and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Combine the egg, sugar and oil. Add the remaining ingredients and combine with the oats. Pour into an 8x8 square casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
