Oh So Good Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 C. sifted flour and measure after sifting
- 2 C. Splenda or sugar or blend
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbs. cocoa
- 3/4 C. canola oil
- 2 C. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 - 3/4 C. sour cream
- nuts and frosting optional
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add canola oil, lukewarm water, vinegar, vanilla and sour cream. Mix well and pour in greased 9x14-inch cake pan or bundt cake pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost if desired.
