lb. beef stew meat

C. corn
  • 1 
C. peas
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 10 
baby carrots
  • 2 
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 3 1⁄2
C. beef broth
  • 2 
bay leaves
  • 2 
tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 
T. olive oil
  • 4 
C. water
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Cut the beef into small pieces in a medium sized pot. Sauté the beef with olive oil until sides are brown. Place the beef in a crockpot while you chop the celery, potatoes, carrots and onions. Sauté the vegetables until they are golden brown. Add the water, tomatoes, broth, potatoes, carrots, corn, garlic and bay leaves into the crockpot. Let it cook for about an hour and then add your peas and hot sauce. Cover the mixture for about 30 minutes with your peas and hot sauce added. Serve and enjoy!
