This homemade noodles are a standard for many different recipes.

  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 beaten egg

Add dry ingredients to egg and mix thoroughly. Roll thin; let stand for 20 minutes. Roll up and cut to any width desired. Cook for 10 minutes in hot broth. (Noodles can be frozen.)
