  • 1 C. butter
  • 3 C. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 C. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 3 C. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven at 300 degrees F. Cream butter with the sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add yogurt and lemon extract. In a separate bowl, add salt and soda to the flour. Gradually, add dry ingredients to the egg mixture, beating until smooth and creamy. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes before serving.
