Crisp romaine lettuce with the creamy chick peas, sweet green peas and large black gems, the olive. Fresh, crunchy and cool!

  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing (follow directions on packet)
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce
  • 1 16 oz. can chick peas
  • 1 16 oz. can green peas
  • 1 16 oz. can black olives

Prepare lettuce, wash and dry, and breaking or cutting in to bite-size pieces. Put in serving bowl. Open, rinse and drain peas. Top lettuce with peas and olives, pour dressing and serve.

  • Most recipes are very informative. Where were the recipes for the dressing, the croutons and the basket? Almost anyone could figure out how to assemble a "ceasar salad in a parmesan basket". Maybe this chef didn't want to give away his real recipes!
