Olive Garden’s Herb Grilled Salmon
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 tsp, extr.-virgin olive oil
- 2 ½ lb. skin-on side of salmon
- 4 lemons, halved
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Heat an oiled grill to medium heat. Brush the salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the salmon on the grill skin side down. Cook, flipping once until cooked through. Sprinkle the seasoning over the top. Serve with rice and lemon.
