Olive Garden Three Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 lb 93/7 Ground Beef
- 5 Large Eggs
- 2 C Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ C Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbs Dried Parsley
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 C Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 5 Slices Sharp Provolone Cheese, diced
- Marinara Sauce, to taste
Start this recipe by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Next, combine your ground beef with the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to work the eggs into the meat until well combined.
Continue by transferring the meat into the bowl of your electric mixer along with the breadcrumbs. Use the paddle attachment to mix the ingredients together until well combined. Season with meat with your parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Adjust the mixer’s speed to medium and continue mixing for the next three minutes. Use an ice cream scoop to form approximately 18 meatballs. Next, combine your mozzarella and provolone in a small bowl.
Stuff your meatballs by first making a hole in the middle of the meatball. Scoop about one tablespoon of your cheese mixture into the center. Seal the meatballs by pinching them back together. Set your cheese stuffed meatballs into a baking dish and cover with foil.
Place the baking dish in the oven to bake for about 45 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender. In the meantime, heat up your marinara sauce. Once the meatballs are finished, transfer them into a serving bowl and pour the warm marinara sauce over the top.
