  • 1 package prosciutto-filled tortellini
  • ½ C. green onions, diced
  • 1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4-6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash paprika

Prepare tortellini according to package directions. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour until mixture thickens. Whisk in milk, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and paprika until cheese melts. When sauce has slightly thickened, toss your tortellini in and evenly coat. Stir in mushrooms, green onions, and bacon. Serve hot.
