Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. Eden Organic Kamut Spirals or other rotini pasta
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Boil pasta in lightly salted water for 9-10 minutes.  Drain pasta.  
Top with pepper, olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
