One of the easiest pasta dishes to make especially on busy days. Just toss the pasta in some olive oil, add mushrooms and cheese!

  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic; 2 mashed, 2 diced
  • 1 C chopped mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Boil the pasta with some added olive oil and salt. Drain and set aside.

In pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and throw in the smashed garlic. Sauté till fragrant and throw in the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

When the mushrooms are ready, remove from heat and set aside.

In the same pan over low heat, throw in the cooked pasta and toss with more olive oil, then add in the mushrooms and diced garlic and toss again. Optional to add in some chili flakes.

After the pasta is well coated, transfer it onto a serving plate and add on some grated parmesan cheese.
