  • 1 1/4 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tbs. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 Slider Buns
  • 3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, roughly chopped
  • 3 slices American or Swiss Cheese, quartered
  • 2 Small Tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices, ends discarded
  • 1 Small Red Onion, sliced

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper, and mix until well-incorporated. Divide mixture into 12 equal-sized balls and gently flatten into 1/4" thick patties. Grease a large skillet with cooking spray and warm over medium heat. Add sliders to skillet, working in batches of 4 at a time, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through to desired doneness. Layer atop the bottom half of each slider bun, in order, 1-2 pieces of chopped lettuce, one patty, one slice of cheese, one tomato slice, and 1-2 slices of red onion. Top with the top half of the slider bun, gently pressing down to help sliders stick together.
