Ingredients

  • ¾ C. unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 C. self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 5 Tbs. blueberry jam
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg one at a time. Add in vanilla extract. Stir in flour, soda, and baking powder. Pour batter into a lined crockpot. Add in jam and use a knife to swirl it in. Top with blueberries. Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center. Dust with powdered sugar.
