  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli and carrots
  • 2 pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 1 C. frozen peas
  • ¼ C. water
  • ½ tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add the frozen vegetable mix and cook 5 minutes until thawed. Add the remaining filling ingredients and cook until the mixture boils, about 2 minutes. Unroll the crust and place it on top of the skillet. Cut off the edges and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
