  • 1 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz. can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbs. Dried Basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 16 oz. package Penne Pasta
  • 2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

In a large skillet over medium heat, stir together the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, and garlic along with 4 cups of water. Bring sauce to a boil. Stir in penne pasta. Let dish cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle mozzarella over the pasta dish. Reduce heat to low. Cover and let dish continue cooking until cheese has melted.
