  • 1 lg. container fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 med. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 C. Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbs. Parmesan cheese

Wash mushrooms, pat dry. Remove stems and chop fine. Saute onion, garlic salt and chopped mushroom stems in melted butter. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Stir and use to stuff mushroom caps. Place in lightly greased pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over tops if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
