Directions

For the dough, combine milk and butter in microwave safe bowl. Heat until butter is melted but milk is not boiling.

In a stand mixer bowl, mix in egg and add yeast to milk mixture. Blend.

Add flour, salt, and sugar.

Mix for five minutes on medium speed until ball of dough forms.

Cover dough and allow to rest 10 minutes.

Create filling by whisking sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon together.

After dough is ready, it must be rolled onto a floured surface. It should be approximately 14 X 9 inches.

Spread 1/2 cup soft butter over dough.

Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix.

Roll into log and pinch to seal.

Cut log into 12 equal pieces.

Place each roll into greased baking dish and cover in warm place for 30 minutes.

After rising, place in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cool while making the icing.

Whisk soft butter and cream cheese.

Add powdered sugar. If too thick, add milk by the tablespoon.

Drizzle on top.
