Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 2 med. onions
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. olive oil
- salt
Directions
Peel and slice onions. Drop them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and transfer onions to iced water. Keep them there for 3 minutes. Drain well. Roll in flour and fry in hot oil until crisp. Sprinkle with some salt.
