Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Yellow Mustard
  • 2 5 oz. cans Tuna Fish, drained and flaked
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 thick slices French Bread, lightly toasted
  • 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, onion, celery, and mustard. Stir in the tuna fish. Season tuna salad with salt and pepper as needed. Spread a healthy amount of tuna salad over each piece of bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Place sandwiches on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
