Orange and Honey Coffee
- 1/2 C. ground coffee
- 1 Tbs. grated orange peel
- 1/3 C. honey
- 6 C. cold water
Place coffee and orange peel in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Measure honey into empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended.
Tip: Prepare as directed substituting with decaffeinated coffee.
Variation: Omit orange peel. Stir 1/2 tsp. almond extract into brewed coffee.
Yield: 8 servings, 3/4 C. each
