This delicious vinaigrette is great for salads with fruit in them.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. hot and sweet mustard
  • 1 Tbs. orange muscat champagne vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch salt

Directions

Whisk ingredients together until creamy.  Store in a lidded container.
