  • 1 prepared cookie pie crust
  • 1 (6-oz.) container orange yogurt
  • 1 (3.5-oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 C. Splenda
  • 6-oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz.) container whipped topping, softened and fat-free
  • 2 (11-oz.) cans Mandarin oranges

Remove wrapping from pie crust. In medium bowl, mix together yogurt, pudding mix and sugar. Beat in cream cheese, half of the whipped topping and juice from oranges. Spoon into crust. Arrange oranges on top. Carefully place light whipped cream around edge of pie.
