  • 1 box (15.25 oz) White Cake Mix
  • 1 container (6 oz) non-fat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • freshly grated orange zest, optional
  • 1 pkg vanilla frosting
  • 1 pkg orange flavored gelatin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cake mix, orange juice and greek yogurt. Prepare orange-flavored jello. In a 9x13" cake pan, pour in cake batter. Bake cake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. To create layered cake, once cake is cooled, divide finished cake into three layers. Place first layer on cake stand, adding a layer of orange gelatin followed by a layer of vanilla frosting on top. Repeat for additional layers. Top with frosting and orange zest to finish and serve.
