Orange Dijon Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 4 5-oz. lamb chops
- 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. orange juice
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rings
Directions
Mix together mustard, orange juice, brown sugar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Place lamb chops on the grill and coat them with the sauce. Grill to desired doneness, then serve chops with an orange slice on top of each one.
