Orange Dijon Lamb Chops

The flavors of tangy mustard and sweet oranges come together to give these lamb chops an incredible flavor!

  • 4 5-oz. lamb chops
  • 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rings

Mix together mustard, orange juice, brown sugar, pepper, and salt in a bowl.  Place lamb chops on the grill and coat them with the sauce.  Grill to desired doneness, then serve chops with an orange slice on top of each one.
