Orange Ginger Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 C. concentrated frozen orange juice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 C. orange marmalade
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into slices
Directions
Mix together orange juice, ginger, orange marmalade, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Make sure that the marmalade and frozen orange juice dissolve. Place chicken breasts on a grill and coat with sauce. Grill until cooked through, remove from grill, and serve chicken with orange slices.
