  • 2-3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Orange Marinade:
  • 1 C Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • ⅓ C Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish

Combine all ingredients other than the chicken breasts in a bowl to make marinade, mix well and let sit for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush chicken breast with room temperature marinade. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done. Top with fresh orange slices for garnish
