Orange Glazed Pork Chops

These orange glazed pork chops are delicious when served with a flavorful rice side. For a dinner party serve this entree with a dry white wine.

Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 8 fresh orange slices
  • 2 cans condensed beef broth
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbs. orange juice
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • dash cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions

Brown chops on both sides, place orange slice on each one; sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Add broth and sugar; cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Mix orange juice and constantly until slightly thickened; then continue to simmer for a few minutes until chops are tender.
